XMPro’s CEO on Defining Edge & Edge Computing
The Industrial Internet Consortium published the 5th edition of its Journal of Innovation today with a focus on Edge Computing. We’re excited to announce that the article “Where is the Edge of the Edge of Industrial IoT?” by XMPro’s CEO, Pieter van Schalkwyk, was selected for this edition.
In his article, Pieter shares an overview of the activities happening within the IIC Edge Computing Task Group and discusses his views on formulating a formal definition for Edge and Edge Computing.
