When an AI agent makes an operational decision, can you trust it? It's the question we get asked most — and most "agentic AI" can't answer it. This is a worked example of XMPro MAGS (Multi-Agent Generative Systems), applied to a 3D-printing defect test-bed and built around the four questions that decide whether an autonomous decision is trustworthy: Is it a governed operator, or just a creator that ships? Do multiple agents corroborate, or is one model checking itself? How much control do you have — and can you measure it? Is every decision recorded, reproducible and auditable?
